Gurlz Got Goalz is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a positive, empowering community for young ladies ages 9–15. We provide a safe space where girls are encouraged to be themselves, discover their strengths, set meaningful goals, and build relationships that can last a lifetime.
We believe every girl deserves to know that her voice matters, her individuality should be celebrated, and her dreams are worth pursuing.
Through sisterhood, mentorship, academic encouragement, community service, leadership development, and unforgettable experiences, Gurlz Got Goalz helps young ladies develop the confidence and character they need to become tomorrow’s leaders.

Our mission is to empower young women to dream boldly, set meaningful goals, and develop the confidence and determination to achieve them.
Through mentorship, education, sisterhood, service, and personal development, we create an environment where girls are supported as they discover their potential, overcome challenges, celebrate their accomplishments, and grow into confident young women prepared to make a positive impact on the world.

More Than a Program — A Sisterhood
At Gurlz Got Goalz, no girl has to navigate her journey alone.
Our Gurlz encourage one another, celebrate one another, hold each other accountable, and step in when a sister needs support. We teach our members that true sisterhood means showing up—not only during the celebrations, but also during the challenges.
The friendships created within GGG are built on respect, encouragement, trust, and the understanding that we are stronger when we grow together.

The rules of travel have altered so much in the last few years, with strict regulation regarding air travel, questionable car searches that may vary in regulation from state to state.

Academic success is an important part of Gurlz Got Goalz.
We encourage our Gurlz to take responsibility for their education, remain focused on their goals, and strive for excellence in the classroom. Members support and motivate one another, and when someone needs help, we believe her sister circle should be there to encourage her.
Education is about more than grades. It is about developing discipline, responsibility, curiosity, and the confidence to keep learning.

We hold our Gurlz to high standards because we believe they are capable of reaching them.
Members are encouraged to be positive, goal-oriented, motivated, respectful, responsible, and willing to help others. We teach our girls how to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, take responsibility for their choices, and lead by example.

Our members participate in service projects and community initiatives that allow them to see firsthand the difference they can make in the lives of others. Through service, our Gurlz learn empathy, compassion, gratitude, and the responsibility we all share to strengthen our communities.

The GGG Experience
Being part of Gurlz Got Goalz means being part of something bigger than yourself.
Throughout the year, our Gurlz have opportunities to participate in mentorship, leadership activities, community service, academic support, trips, special events, celebrations, photo shoots, team-building experiences, and activities designed to create memories while building confidence.
Most importantly, they gain a circle of young women who are learning, growing, dreaming, and achieving together.
